From I-10 east: Take I-295 S via exit 356. Drive 9 miles and take exit 10, US 17 South. Turn right on Wells Rd (0.5 miles). Take Wells Road 1 mile until you see a Harley Davidson store on your left. Turn left on to Corporate Way. SEVO is located on the RIGHT at 280 Corporate Way within North Florida Neurology Center. We are NOT located in the veterinary hospital on the left side of Corporate Way.
From I-95 N or S: Take I-295 N via exit 337. Take exit 10 (US 17 South, Park Avenue) and follow directions as above.
